We are humanely raising grassfed Katahdin hair sheep in northern Kentucky. We chose Katahdins because they produce a very mild-tasting lamb and are adapted to thrive on grass pastures.
Grassfed lamb meat provides many health benefits. Our lamb is raised exclusively on pasture with dried grass supplementing their diet in the winter when fresh grass is not available. Absolutely no hormones or antibiotics are used on the lambs.
